LAIT Chat is powered exclusively by Anthropic's Claude. The three modes in the composer pick a different Claude tier for you — faster and lighter, or slower and more careful. You stay in control; we don't silently downgrade.

The workhorse mode. Longer responses, better instruction-following, careful with documents and tables. Most users live here.

Every byte lives in australia-southeast1. No US fallbacks. No third-country storage. NDIS-compliant by default.
No training on your data
Your conversations are not used to train AI models. Our enterprise terms with Anthropic prohibit it on their side too.
Encrypted, top to bottom
TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest, secrets in Google KMS. HSTS enforced on the subdomain. No production secrets in source control.
Tenant-isolated workspaces
Workspaces are isolated at the row level. Invite-driven onboarding. Audit-logged staff access. Sessions bound to device and expire on idle.
Privacy Act & NDB scheme
We operate under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme. Workspace admins can request export or hard-delete at any time.
